Request an offer

You can easily request an offer from us:

• Download the Form requesting an Offer
• Fill out the form and e-mail it to sales.centraalbeheerppi@achmea.nl.
• Please also send an anonymised participant file, so without personal data.
• You will receive confirmation from us within 2 working days.

Important to know:

• Employers can only request an offer through you as a pensions adviser.
• Only pensions advisers with an AFM licence number can request an offer from us.
• Please make sure that the participant file you send along does not contain any personal data such as name and BSN.
• Our offer is valid for 90 days.
